Almost anything I do, an Installer window comes up and says "Please Wait While Windows Configures Microsoft Office Standard 2003"
I have both Office 2003 and Office 2007, but i do not want to get rid of Office 2003.
Thank You

Please help-problems with office 2003
I had the exact same problem when I did an install of Vista. Aside from it not recognizing 2 drivers the only problem the installation gave me was trying to reinstall Office 2003 over and over, even when I rebooted. It kept asking for the original CD but could not read the specific cab file it was asking for even though it was right there. I finally just ran the executeable from the Office CD and did a repair on my 2003 installation and after a few minutes it said it was fixed and I stopped getting those install messages. The Office apps seem to work just fine.

I've tried that a few times, plus tried to reinstall a few, did not uninstall and install again though because I have Student and Teachers Edition, and I've already installed it 3 times.
